What is Healwith?

Healwith (Healwith Solutions Limited) is a healthtech joint-venture from the team behind Oxygen. We've spent years improving marketing and sales infrastructure for healthcare operators, first in Hong Kong and now in Dubai and the wider GCC. The same structural problems kept surfacing across every engagement, not just from the agency side, but from our own experience as patients. Healwith is an independent platform built to solve the gaps we've seen firsthand.

The Patient Problem

Hong Kong has world-class clinicians and a digitally fluent population, but the experience of connecting patients with the right practitioner to heal with remains surprisingly broken.

  • Discoverability: Clinic websites don't surface in search, leaving patients reliant on word of mouth.
  • Booking friction: In Dubai, most bookings still happen over WhatsApp or a phone call. Contact forms are common too, but rarely connected to real-time availability. Either way, patients end up negotiating a slot rather than simply choosing one.
  • Insurance opacity: Coverage is unclear until you're sitting at reception, creating anxiety and administrative burden.
  • Multilingual gaps: Limited service information in cities where patients speak dozens of languages.
  • Quality assessment: No reliable way to gauge quality of care before committing to an appointment.

Cross-border healthcare adds another layer of complexity. In Hong Kong, patients routinely travel to Shenzhen, Thailand, and beyond for specialist treatments, medications, and procedures that are unavailable or unaffordable locally. Dubai and the wider UAE and GCC region sit on both sides of this equation: the region is a growing destination for medical tourism, attracting patients from across the Gulf, while residents themselves frequently travel to markets like Thailand for specialist or more affordable care. In both cases, navigating providers in unfamiliar markets, in different languages, with no centralised way to compare or verify credentials, compounds every friction point that already exists at home.

The Practitioner Problem

  • For clinics and practitioners, the friction runs the other way.

    • Cost of visibility: Maintaining a discoverable online presence is expensive and usually means handing the problem to an agency.
    • Clumsy systems: Existing booking tools, where they exist at all, are cumbersome and inefficient.
    • Operational overhead: The administrative burden of being found, booked, and managed absorbs time and budget better spent on patient care.


The Healwith Solution

Healwith exists to fix this. The name captures the proposition: you can heal with Dr. Trodd, with Dr. Wong the dentist, with Dr. Chan the physio.
